The following terms and conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website, users agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Terms

  • The services provided by Laxmi Narayan Transport and Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "Company") are for the transportation of goods as per the user’s request.
  • Users may use the portal solely for the purpose of availing transportation services and must abide by all applicable laws while doing so.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
  • Booking requests made through the website or mobile communications are subject to acceptance by the Company. A confirmation will be issued upon acceptance.
  • The availability of services is subject to resource availability at the time of the booking request.

2. Transit Insurance and Liability

  • Users are advised to obtain appropriate transit insurance for their goods to protect their interests.
  • The Company provides necessary support in case of insurance claims, but our liability for damage, theft, or any loss is limited under our service policy.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for incorrect or concealed declarations regarding the contents of consignments.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must refrain from the following while availing of our services:

  • Damaging or soiling the vehicle or any onboard equipment.
  • Pressuring drivers to overload beyond permissible limits.
  • Providing false information about the contents of the consignment.
  • Requesting drivers to violate traffic, RTO, or any other government regulations.
  • Transporting hazardous, illegal, or prohibited goods without proper authorization.

4. Rejected Consignments and Holding Charges

  • If a receiver refuses to accept a consignment, the Company will attempt to contact the user for further instructions.
  • Users must bear any additional costs incurred in forwarding, returning, or disposing of the rejected consignment.
  • Holding charges will be levied for consignments not collected from the destination within the agreed time frame, as per Company policy.

5. Software and Intellectual Property Rights

  • The Company retains full rights over its website, content, and associated software.
  • Users are not permitted to modify, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer any software or intellectual property owned by the Company.
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks, company names, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited.

6. Online Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Online payments for services will be deemed valid only when credited to the Company’s bank account.
  • Users must pay all applicable charges, including freight charges, taxes, and additional fees (if any).
  • In case of booking cancellations, refunds will be processed within 30 working days, subject to applicable service charges.
  • The Company is not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out using user credentials. Users must ensure their payment details are secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company does not own the vehicles or directly employ drivers; third-party fleet owners operate them.
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking details and consignment information.
  • The maximum liability of the Company towards any claim will be INR 5,000 for full truckload and INR 3,000 for part load or 10% of the total freight paid, whichever is lower.
  • Claims for loss, damage, or shortage must be reported at the time of delivery and notified to the Company within 48 hours.

8. Modification of Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • All disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  • The Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction if required to protect its interests.
